 An almond shortbread crust sits below a fresh, smooth strawberry cheesecake made from fresh, whole organic, never-frozen strawberries. Topped with a layer of fresh strawberries in our in-house strawberry glaze, this cheesecake is finished with Grand Marnier and whipped vanilla bean icing encased in shaved raw almonds, creating the perfect light strawberry dessert.

Every cheesecake is flavored using only fresh fruit, vegetables, spices, and sauces. Never any artificial flavors, preservatives, or additives. All food colors used are Non GMO Compliant.
