Why we only use full fat:
When the fat is taken out of a product it is filled with more sugars and simple carbohydrates, and those carbohydrates turn into more sugar, spiking our insulin. Insulin is what we call the fat fat-producing more, which leads to unhealthy weight gain and adds to our diabetes epidemic. Fat, from healthy sources, is, good for us. So whatever you eat, and drink, choose full fat and watch your portion size.
